• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs/PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product may vary slightly in color or appearance.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
• We accept payments via JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud.
• Order confirmation is sent via email after successful payment verification.
• Prices may change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location (typically 2-7 business days).
• Free shipping is available on orders above Rs 2,000.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Product Information

• We strive to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
• Product specifications and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and suppliers.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
